Over time water, gas, oil, and the Central Florida sun can really do a number on asphalt. Extend the life of your asphalt pavement—and protect your investment—by having the surface seal coated and crack sealed. Asphalt sealcoating effectively slows the destructive effects of the environment.

Industry experts recommend that commercial or residential asphalt pavements be seal coated every 2 to 5 years, depending on traffic and overall condition in order to reduce long-term maintenance expenses.

Asphalt seal coating minimizes raveling and fills in minor surface cracks while creating a "like new" uniform color and appearance. Sealcoating and re-striping of parking spaces and crosswalks can also significantly increase the visibility of curbing, improve traffic flow and enhance public safety.

PermaStripe crews apply sealer using either squeegee or spray methods and normal curing time is 24 hours for moderate temperature and humidity conditions.
